Roles played
I created this UX/UI project as I learnt that many museums and other entertainment "places" still struggle to keep the management and the flow of their visitors. Illuseum Museum Berlin relies only on their website to inform the visitors and schedule the visits, and the interface is somewhat unclear and outdated. Therefore, I created an easy to use user interface that would help visitors schedule their visit and stay in tune with the new special events.
Challenges
Along the way I encountered some challenges and these are the main ones:
1. Researching information about the schedule, prices and analyzing the current ticket purchasing options.
I spent time reviewing the Illuseum website to understand how the current scheduling works and I tried to keep the same working principles and information in my design.
2. Integrating and working with the "strong" colors of the logo.
One thing I noticed about the website is that they put an important accents on showing their logo. However the logo colors are very vibrant and a bit hard to work with. I found workarounds to deal with them.
3. Organizing information in a clear and compact way.
There was a plenty of information regarding the schedule and visit planning from the opening hour to the maximum number of participants allowed at once and the ticket prices.

Style Guide
I included the logo in the interface and used its colors for the components to create harmony. I used the font Inter in various intensities.

Building the interface
After creating the user flow and sketching the pages I created the frames you can see below. The low fidelity wireframes helped me a lot in coming up with better design ideas.

User testing
In this part I had a short interaction with two of the potential users, in which I explained them the purpose of the app and asked them to imagine the are using the app. They didn't have any complains and worked smoothly with the prototype.
Flows and Prototype
I created one flow to show how the app works and you can see them in the videos below or try the prototype yourself.
